What to do if you have a concern
We aim to deal with any concerns promptly and effectively. Informal concerns can be raised directly where possible through the class teacher or member of staff. Teachers can be contacted via Class Dojo or in person, senior staff via the school office. Please click here to see who you need to contact first if you have any concerns to raise.
Formal complaints should be in writing and follow our complaints procedure which can be found here. Our complaints co-ordinator is Ms Anna Thurman.
