Westbury Leigh Ethos Council
Westbury Leigh’s Ethos Council is made up of children who have been nominated by their teachers for showing dedication to upholding our school’s Christian ethos.
They have class responsibilities such as evaluating worship sessions to ensure interesting and high quality sessions, helping to maintain a useable reflection corner and so ensuring access to prayer for all, promoting our school vision, taking lead roles in worship sessions and many more.
The Ethos Council also meets regularly to discuss how their duties around school are going as well as to undertake duties such as updating the school prayer, planning worship sessions and undertaking community work such as writing to local care homes.
